Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the unworn clothing with original tags attached into the reusable shipping bag your order arrived in to minimize environmental waste.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid carbon-neutral shipping label from the portal, secure it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
